The EXO3 Attack is offered with WHITE "Original Inserts" located at 12,3,and 9 o'clock on the frame.  These WHITE  inserts all weigh more than the extra GREY "Custom Inserts" included with the racquet.  Therefore, adding GREY inserts to the frame will reduce weight in the specific location where the insert is installed on the frame.
